A Quarterly Missive of Alternative Concern

Brooke Molla

"house collection"

(Relief print with hand sewing, 24.5"x 53")

Brooke Molla is an artist living in the low desert of Arizona. She creates landscape paintings of the bits and pieces of nature that she finds mostly at her feet, on sidewalks, streets, spiderwebs or car windows. She also incorporates the images of animals and insects that come to her through magazines and nature calendars. All of these remnants and images that she uses in her landscapes and collections reflect her exploration of the natural world. Her work can be found in many private collections as well as a few corporate collections.
