It's an embrace of the nature and a appreciation of the planet we inhabit. It's a return to a world without dogmas nor paradigms. It's a journey through time. It's to distance myself from the large urban centers and approach the nature as it is. It's but a symbolic step to narrow down the gap between man and the natural world.)
David Carapinha was born in Portugal in 1993 and is currently living in his hometown, Sesimbra. In 2016, he finished his Photography studies in the Polytechnic Institute of Tomar. In 2014, he participated in the Erasmus programme and joined the LUCA School of Arts in Brussels. Carapinha specializes in fine art photography, self-portraiture, and has been slowly exploring analog film as a way of self-expression. More of his work can be found on his website.
